Annual Maintenance Includes
- Shut-Off Valves: All shut-off valves will be turned to ensure that they are working correctly in the event of a water emergency.
- Water Heater: Your water heater will receive its annual maintenance to extend its life cycle.
- Water Quality: Your water quality will be tested to ensure your family is drinking clean and safe water.
- Sewer Camera Inspection: With reasonable access to your main drain line, we will complete a thorough "sewerscopy".
- Faucets/Fixtures: All faucets & toilets will be tested to ensure they are working properly, and any minor adjustments will be completed at no charge.

* The SWEET Service Club is a service plan agreement between you and American Rooter Plumbing, Inc., to provide you with peace of mind knowing that you have a plumbing company you can rely on. In the event of a plumbing problem. By paying the monthly service charge, you may enjoy a visit from one of our SWEET Plumbers to complete a thorough plumbing safety check annually. In order for all eligible fixtures, faucets, and new installs to be covered under the lifetime warranty coverage, your account must remain in good standings for the entire duration after the install. There may be no lapses of coverage and a complete plumbing safety check must be completed annually to ensure that the install is still eligible for coverage.
Any alterations to the product by anyone other than a representative of American Rooter Plumbing, Inc., will void all warranties. All eligible fixtures or products must be purchased and installed by one of American Rooter Plumbing, Inc.'s technicians. Fixtures that are neglected, misused, vandalized through flood, fire, freeze, or tornado are considered on Act of God and would not be covered. Scratches or blemishes does not constitute enough reason for replacement coverage. All filters for RO Systems are not covered and are available at a discounted rate. There is a minimum of a one year commitment and a 30 day notice of cancellation required. All monthly service charges will be charged to your account provided billing up for the plan. Only one home is covered under this plan and is not available for rental or commercial properties.
All new installs and fixtures covered must comply with local plumbing codes to be eligible for coverage. Other conditions may be required for eligibility determined by your technician including but not limiting to: installation of new emergency shut off valves, a pressure reducing valve, waste & water line repairs, and/or water treatment. Because we cannot call every customer, you will need to call and schedule your annual check to ensure that your account and warranties stay in good standing.
